There is a sink, vanity and shower

The galley features a single stainless steel sink, integrated freezer, 12-volt Nova kool refrigeration, propane 3-burner stove with oven. The water tank material is 80 US gallons. There is a salt and fresh water footpump. There is hot /cold water pressure on demand (propane)

The interior appointments include Dickinson Newport propane heater, white curtains, blu upholstery, vinyl headliner, holly and teak cabin sole, 2 20ls propane bottomes in aft locker, 5 prisms in salon for additional light. 

Yanmar Model 3JH4E 40 HP diesel sail drive engine. The cruising speed is 6 knots at 2000 RPMs and a maximum speed of 7 knots @ 2500 RPMs/ The fuel tank capacity is 30 US gallons with an aluminum tank. The cruising range is 200 nautical miles. 

The engine is fresh water cooled and features a fixed 3 blade propeller. There is an oil/water/temperature alarm.
