White fiberglass hull; white fiberglass deck with beige non-skid; black and blue shear stripe and boottop; bow and stern pulpits with double lifelines; wheel steering; Dodger; attachable Awning; 7’ self-bailing cockpit.

The yacht sleeps 6 and has 6’1” headroom.

Vee berth forward with hatch over the berth; enclosed head to port with recent Jabsco marine toilet, recent plumbing; holding tank; vanity with sink and shower. There is a hanging locker opposite the head with a bureau top.

The main cabin has settee berths port and starboard; bulkhead mounted table. The galley is aft to port. The galley cabinetry has been replaced. There is a sink with hot and cold pressure water. There is neither a stove nor an icebox but both can easily be added. There is a quarter-berth aft to port.

The interior is nicely finished in teak with a recent teak and holly cabin sole, vinyl head-liner, fabric upholstery and draperies.

She has a plastic fresh water tank and a stainless steel hot water tank.

2013 Beta 2 cylinder, 16 HP marine diesel engine with heat exchanger; hour meter showing 412 hours to the time of listing; 40 ltr. aluminum fuel tank; miscellaneous spare parts: filters, belts, etc.

The boat has 110 volt shore power supplied by a 30 amp shore-cord. The 12 volt DC system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to 2 lead-acid batteries; fuse panel; there are navigation and interior lights; compass on the wheel pedestal; Uniden VHF; Standard Horizon 7” GPS Plotter.

Aluminum mast and boom; stainless steel standing rigging; Mainsail and #2 Genoa; mainsail cover; Hood roller-furling; 5 – Lewmar winches: #30, 2 speed, primary sheet winches; halyard winches on the mast; winch handle.

Substantial yard TRAILER suitable for short distances (not licensed or inspected); recent tires; #22 Lewmar (Bruce type) anchor with rode; 12# Danforth anchor; 10’ AVON hard-bottom Dinghy; search light; 2 fire extinguishers; kerosene lamp; cockpit cushions; swim ladder; engine and equipment manuals.
